Jean’s visitation and funeral mass will be held in La Grange, IL on Saturday, December 14th. The Comer Family is looking forward to hosting receptions to celebrate her life in downtown Chicago.

St. Francis Church in La Grange is a 30-60 minute drive from our downtown venues, or a 30 minute train to Chicago’s Union Station on the Metra BNSF line. If you’re traveling, we recommend staying downtown.

Friday, December 13th

• 6pm - 9pm | Welcome Dinner| Downtown Chicago Gather, drinks and dinner at La Grande Boucherie, 431 N Dearborn St., Chicago, IL. Dress code is casual. 6pm passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will be served at stations 7:30-9pm.

Saturday, December 14th

• 11:30am -1pm | Visitation | St. Francis Xavier Church, La Grange, IL Visit with family and honor Jean before mass begins

• 1pm | Mass of Resurrection | St. Francis Xavier Church, La Grange, IL

• 6pm-10pm | Celebration of Life | Chicago History Museum Toasts, dinner, live music & dancing. Festive attire welcome - dress to celebrate Jean!

Sunday, December 15th

• 12pm-3pm | Farewell Lunch | Downtown Chicago where Jean & Tom met at Murphy’s Bleachers, 3655 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60613
